Alice is an Event Coordinator for the Real Farming Trust’s work on Listening to the Land. Before joining RFT, she was Coordinator for the United Nations Development Program – Conscious Food Systems Alliance, an initiative which focuses on the role of inner development and reconnection with ourselves, each other and nature, to accelerate food systems transformation. Growing up on a farm in the south of England, she is passionate about regenerating the land, enabling access to nature, and creating opportunities for holistic learning through food, farming, and nature education.

She holds a BA International Relations from the University of Leeds and Masters in International Development and Food Systems from the Institute of Development Studies. She also has experience working with NGOs such as the Yachana Foundation (Ecuador), the Pachamama Alliance (USA), Conscious Impact (Nepal) and Ashden (UK).
