With over 40 years of knowledge, research and teaching of agroecological practice and building connections with practitioners and academics, Colin is highly respected in the sector. His work and writings are at the forefront of thinking around agroecology and its role in the food system.

His radical thinking, strong values and passion for ‘real food’ and ‘real farming’ have helped guide the development of the Real Farming Trust, Oxford Real Farming Conference and other programmes.
