Lucy is a holistic foodways doer and thinker who thrives on building community within the global food justice movement. A chef by trade, Lucy also holds a BA in Food Policy & Politics from The New School, NYC. Her work is led by a commitment to ecofeminism, decolonisation, and food sovereignty.
