This free Zoom webinar, on Wednesday 22 November, 1:00 to 2:30pm, will introduce Photovoice, an evaluation method which invites participants to communicate their own perspective of a situation rather than being the objects of research. It is accessible to people on the margins and does not require literacy or good spoken English.

Speaker Jasber Singh has twenty years of experience of using Photovoice with youth groups, the charity/NGO sector, with community groups in academic research projects, and as a teaching method in postgraduate courses: coventry.ac.uk/en/persons/jasber-singh

This webinar is for you if:

  • You are a project manager wondering how to evaluate a community project
  • You are interested in helping your participants to self-advocate
  • You want to communicate to policymakers
  • You want your neighbourhood to understand the lives of your group
