Brittany is Operations Manager for the Real Farming Trust, where she supports RFT’s strategic and operational development. She previously worked for 4 years as the Operations Manager for the Oxford Real Farming Conference and ORFC in the Field events, and she continues to support the ORFC team. Originally from California where she started and organised a network of food justice projects and worked at a community-engaged research centre, she is passionate about food sovereignty, international solidarity and grassroots organising for systems change.
