Charlotte has worked within the UK agroecology movement since 2012. She is motivated by helping to build more resilient, regenerative and fairer communities, and by challenging the industrial food system from the grassroots. Her past roles include project management positions for two community farms, as a grant manager for an agroecology fund and on operations, HR and governance at the Landworkers’ Alliance. She is a Director of the Landworkers’ Alliance and lives in Edinburgh.
